Sedona is home to many excellent yoga studios dedicated to fostering the mind-body connection and helping their students find inner peace and balance. If you’re not into the spiritual side of things, yoga is still a great way to build strength, increase flexibility, and restore your body after tough hikes, bike rides, or workouts.
7 Centers Yoga is an excellent local studio offering a variety of daily classes, yoga teacher trainings, workshops, and personal retreats. With its lovely Spanish Mission style architecture and unbeatable location set against the breathtaking views of Airport Mesa, 7 Centers Yoga is one of the most beautiful places to do yoga in the city. Plus, they having a full Ayurvedic kitchen on site, filling the space with the delicious aroma of spices. For something a little more active and outdoorsy, Vortex Yoga Hiking mixes yoga and hiking for an experience that is enriching spiritually as well as physically. The journeys typically last 60-90 minutes and involve meditation, visualization, breathing exercises, and QiGong, a Chinese system of physical exercises and breathing control related to tai chi.

Whether you are a beginner or a trained yogi, it is the perfect place to deepen your practice in a place of incredible beauty. But the weekend isn’t just yoga. There will also be music, art shows, presentations, and delicious and nutritious meals. They even have special programs for people living with PTSD.

Ramsey’s Rocks and Minerals has been selling rocks, gems, and jewelry since 1949. It is a great place to go to stock up on amethyst, turquoise, and silver as well as rarer stones like Carnelian Merkabah and Chrysocolla. THey will even make you a customer piece of jewelry using your desired stone.
ChocolaTree Organic Eatery & Marketplace sells many speciality goods you can’t get anywhere else in Sedona. They sell many of their own homemade products, including almond butters, herbs, and cacao, as well as variety of herbs, tinctures, and teas. Many of their specially selected ingredients are sourced from their own on-site garden. Their chocolate shop sells an excellent selection of handmade, artisan-crafted raw chocolates. They are committed to organic, fair-trade ingredients and partner with small-scale cacao growers to preserve traditional farmer practices. They also service delicious organic & vegan meals, like chili's and curries, quinoa salads, and veggie burgers.
The Local Juicery specializes in cold pressed juices, smoothies, and health tonics, but you can also order tasty menu items like peanut butter and cacao waffles, acai breakfast bowls, and “rawlicious” tacos.
Head to Berry Divine for the best acai bowls in town. Acai is an antioxidant rich superberry native to the Amazon rainforest said to boast tremendous health benefits. At Berry Divine, you can enjoy a nutritious-packed acai bowl or smoothie along with great coffee and a variety of other healthful menu items.
